The PTI chairman Imran Khan and Reham Khan a television journalist’s nikah ceremony took place today in Imran’ residence Bani Gala. The nikah was conducted by conducted by Mufti Saeed and after that photo session was followed of the newly couple. The haq meharwas Rs. 100,000 settle is in the ceremony.Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq said, we are praying for imran’s success. He also said that country is very tension situation but we welcomed the happy news. Speaking to the media Yousaf khan, the nephew of Reham khan’s said that the function was attended by his mother and Reham Khan’s two closet friends. Yousaf Khan said the most of the family of Reham khan’s in the United Kingdom and United States that is why they cannot attend the ceremony. Yousaf Khan’s also said that Imran Khan’s closest friends attend event. Shireen Mazari told that we dismiss the reports; the ceremony will be for fund raising of Shaukar Khanum Cancer Memorial Hospital. She said that as I know it was a private function and not a grand function.She added that after the Peshawar tragedy, Imran khan’s was not in a mood to celebrate the function.The ceremony was abserved today and the marriage documents showed in twitter was faked.
No Invitation, no Valima Ceremony
Jahangir Tareen Senior PTI leader and close confidante told today that on wedding, no party leader was invited. The event was completely private and not anyone even not me was invited. Because the party knows that it was Imran’s private decision and there would be no any person involved. He added that there will be no valima ceremony instead food will be distributed to madrassahs. When Tareen was asked that Imran introduced Reham Khan’s to him he told that imran did not introduced her, and kept as private.Imran Khan was previously married Jemima Goldsmith before nine years a journalist and activist.The marriage was ended in 2004 because Goldsmith was not adoptable the Pakistani life.Jemima was congratulated to Imran Khan on Tuesday via twitter. She wishes the new phase of his life.
